Disappointed

No WiFi, even though they claim they have.The Road is terrible,taxi don’t want to go there. There’s potholes,not exaggerating big potholes. Place is not clean,there’s bugs, no TV,no hot water. Only stayed one night and that’s enough. Free breakfast, I don’t know what kind of ham they have too thin and too dry. The eggs are ok. Motel 6 is better compare to it,at least Motel 6 is cheaper. The only positive is,there’s air condition. I can not recommend this hotel to anybody. Maybe,if your desperate enough to get a room for the night.

Go someplace else

Staff was nice. Pretty nice view and fairly quiet. The resort has potential but it’s extremely rough at the moment.

The resort is rundow with little to no reinvestment or upkeep. My room looked like it was from the 50’s. Rusty fridge, mold in the bathroom and roaches running around. Chairs by the bar area have ripped seats, rusting out or straight up broke. The manager literally sat in his office all day, for the 4 days I was there, and had the staff serve him all his meals, coffees and mango shakes like domestic slaves. Customers couldn’t order mango shakes because they kept running out of mangos, thanks to him. It’s very hard to find and the road to resort is atrocious. Food selection sucks.

How the roads are to get to the resort is very bad and the taxis had a hard time even with gps to find the way to the resort but when we got to it it was good

To be avoided.

Nothing to be honest.

The place was hard to be found as it is not listed in the apple maps. I overpaid for a 3 night stay and I couldn't have made a worst option. The bathtub was broken and small frogs were coming out of it. The place was dirty and for its price it doesn't reflect the premises. The bathtub handle was broken and all the walls were full of mould and dirtiness. I have asked for moving a room but not offer was made to me. I spent all my time out of the premises and was going in the room only few hours just to sleep.

It is a dangerous place to stay there is missing patio stones missing around the pool and dangerous. The tub liner has cracks and you could easily cut yourself if you are not careful. The patio furniture is dirty, I ask them to clean them but not even cared. If you grab an early taxi they cost you 3-4 times the regular rate of a taxi. The place should be closed down and repairs made before it someone gets seriously hurt. Roy Prosser

Nice pool and gardens

Bathroom covered in mould was my biggest concern. There was very poor water pressure to the shower and the hot water was infrequent. Also, the resort is located down side streets taxis don’t like coming to and is a bit daunting to walk at night.

Absolutely disappointed with this hotel.

Absolutely disappointed with this hotel. Is in very bad conditions. The only 2 good things; - The staff, really friendly and nice. - The view, having a small “private” area open to the sea.

EUR60 for this accommodation (in Cebu) is UNACCEPTABLE. - The condition of the room is extremely abandoned and dirty. Bath furniture totally broken (pic), fridge totally dirty (pic), head long hair inside the bed (pics), etc - Poor maintenance of pool and beach area. - WiFi ONLY in the lobby. How is possible a hotel in 2019 without WiFi in the pool, or pool bar, or the room? - The access to the hotel is very difficult. Very hide location. From the main road to the hotel is an unpaved Street in VERY bad condition, so the access for the taxi it was difficult (even the driver was surprised) - No places around for dinner or shopping. NOTHING. I will never come back. And I hope this review can help to others and to make the hotel consider to fix all these problems.

In bad need of some maintenance

The pool was really nice as was the view. The renovated family room was extremely nice.

The family room had been recently renovated and was really nice. The cabin had mould all over the bathroom ceiling and was very unhealthy. The grounds were in bad state of disrepair and in bad need of some paint and maintenance.

Awesome location but that’s it.

Out dated property with no up keep of anything mechanical. Hot tub didn’t work, only got WiFi If your sitting in lobby and very slow. Sure it was nice 20 years ago.
